Great Crossing of Vaucluse by mountain bike, extension to the Luberon
2 trip possibilities starting from Savoillans (north Ventoux):
- 1) long version (330 km, 9900 m, D + and 9500 m D-) via the ochres and the crests of the Grand and Petit Luberon, which ends in Mérindol, on the banks of the Durance.
- 2) short version (277 km, 7700 m, D + and 8100 m D-) via Fontaine and the Monts-de-Vaucluse, which transplanted to the long version in Robion and also ends in Mérindol.

A journey from Ansouis to Cadenet
32 km, marking in progress. Easy and family level Cumulative elevation: 249 mA privileged route between the mythical villages of the south Luberon. An in-depth immersion in the wine-growing landscapes of the Côtes du Luberon under the wooded and reassuring curve of the Mourre Nègre which culminates at 1125 m.
Lourmarin: The Renaissance castle (concerts in summer), the Protestant temple, the alleys of the village, in the cemetery the discreet graves of Albert Camus and Henri Bosco.
Jas de Puyvert:
Small hill topped by a huge dovecote created in the old castle keep (pedestrian access by stairs).
Cadenet:
Site of the feudal castle, pierced by troglodyte dwellings, Saint-Etienne church, Notre Dame des Anges chapel, basketry museum, lake (from July to September).
Ansouis:
The 12th and 13th century castle, the Romanesque church of Saint-Martin, "the Chateau des Métiers du Vin"
Cucuron:

Hiking idea: Le Mourre-Nègre, the highest point in the Luberon, 1125 m. is located in the town of Auribeau. The Aiguebrun, the stream of the Massif, has its source there. in red ocher: in the direction Apt-Rustrel-Villars-Roussillon-Gargas
in yellow ocher: the connecting routes.
